Measuring pavement temperatures

    I'm looking for a method to measure pavement temperatures (and air temp) that I can mount in the truck. I have an IR gun - but thinking maybe something truck mounted would be more convenient.

    Can't help you with equipment, but I know it is possibble. Colorado DOT has it in most of there new trucks.

    Roadwatch is what you want. Shows your road temp and air temp, cost is 500 bucks.
