    HI There,

I am a new member to the forum however been watching for awhile. Great resource. I just installed a MD75 on my 03 F150 a few months back. So far no major complaints except recently I have been experiencing a hitch when lowering the plow. It will lower about half way and then stop for a second and then continue down the rest of the way. Not sure if it is a controller issue or hydraulic issue. Seems to be occurring more and more frequently. Any suggestions?

Check to make sure that it is not binding up while lowering. Make sure all the pins and bolts are where they should be. I had a pin that connects the plow to the frame fall out. Didn't cause what you are seeing but who knows.
