For those looking for a great dealer and service in the Washington, DC Metro Area, I thought I would post my experiences to help other newbies as I could not find this info prior.

I had my used Meyer reinstalled on my 00 F250 SuperDuty 7.3PSD. The first place I took to was Dejanna in Baltimore, MD. http://www.dejana.com/index.html#
They claim to know how to install Meyer equipment but do not sell it. They installed my mounting carton but then removed it because they did not know that the side plate had to be notched to clear the pitman arm per Meyer Service Bulletin 177. They instead removed the mounting carton, charged my $225.00 and sent me down the road. They didn't take the time to call Meyer about the issue, I had to. They eventually refunded my money but why deal with a company not qualified to work on Meyer with such bad customer service to boot?

I then took my truck to Equipment Specialists in Manassas, VA. http://www.equipmentspecialistsinc.com/cgi-bin/ccp51/cp-app.cgi

It was a long ride for me but well worth it. Best shopping and service experience I have had in the last couple of years. It is a family owned business and ran that way. They know all of their products and have the best prices on parts and labor that I was able to find. Well, my plow is installed and wired up.

Again, Equipment Specialists is the place to go if you are in the area. Their parts prices are the lowest I found on the web. Excellent service.

I hope the is helps someone.
