Hello all I don't need any pricing for this lot just some manpower and equipment recommendations.

I currently have 3 1 ton trucks with plows.
    -7.5 with wings
    -7.5 without wings
    -9' without wings

    2 tailgate spreaders

    home made liquid dispensing rig

Various shovels, walkbehind spreader and a 2' self propelled powerbroom.

Here is the lot I was asked to bid.

I have never done this much sidewalk before so I wasn't sure on how much man power to throw at it and equipment to throw at it.

They spec 2" trigger for walks and drive lanes. Salt and calcium both after pushing. This is a assisted living facility with older tenants.

The main branches of sidewalk I figured power brooming off and the off shoots to the doors by hand with a shovel. I figured about 4252 square feet of hand shoveling. 10452 square feet that could be power broomed or use a snowblower.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
