I have been a sub-contractor for snow removal for 6 years. I have 6 plow trucks and a Cat skidsteer. I have been asked to submit a bid for a group of retail stores. I have heard rumors on what others in my area are charging but would like to get a better idea. Is anyone willing to share there thoughts on what a store the size of an average Wal-Mart would be charged? Per push? Per month? Etc.

There are posts like this every year on here. Don't take the lack of a response personal, do a search, educate yourself, then ask questions. You will find that pricing is very regional, I could tell you one price & be double what your market will bear, or half, I have no clue. Figure out your numbers, if you've been plowing for 6 years you should have a clue as to pricing, if not.....stick to subbing.

I am finding that guys up here seem to be charging quite a bit more than most other places. I heard of a site that had a good calculation guide for salting....any idea what it is??? Thanks for responding.

Log in as member, go to learning center, under production numbers & bidding help.
