I have a 05 F-350 flatbed and could put a large V box ,but I'm thinking about a small instead. Would give me room for a skid of salt in front of it ,and if I ever wanted to move it onto a smaller truck I could. Any thoughts? Currently running an old Meyer/Byer tailgate spreader. Works fine just wanting something newer and bigger.

What do you intend to salt with this truck ?
Loading bags sucks, personally once is better then 2-3-4 times IMO. Once you get to the lower layers on that skid the bags get heavier for sure. If you have a Manuel to lift them thats a different story...
