Looking at SP225

    I'm looking at a snowex SP225, New in box for $299.00, no cover.
    Is this a good price and a good spreader?

    All pros & cons welcome, Thanks

    great price just depends what your going to use t for if its for home use or light use but if your going to be spreading alot of salt i would go with next size up the 575 its a lot more but it has bigger moter and transsmission its contracter grade spreader 1200 or sp325 great little spreader my freind just got 1 ebay 850.00 delivered((((( in the snow bussiniss it better to spend more money on better equipment it pays of in long run ))) their will be dealers selling left over spreader at great buys at end of season sales on craiglist and ebay

    I have two commercail lots, one about 30 to 40 cars, and the other is about 75 cars, my plow scrapes good so I need it for when we get freezing rain and the lot are glare ice.
