Hello everyone. I am looking to make my own plow for my own personal use. I'm not talking about some POS wooden thing. Is their a thread I should look at here or another site? I've had a heart attack and just can't do the shoveling anymore. I am a good welder and worked as a machinist for years. I've got lots of tools but live on disability so I have a budget. I have an older Ford 1/2 ton 4x4 to mount it to. I need plans or just photos of how everything is hooked up. Any help would be great. thanks.

By the time you pay today's steel prices for materials, plus hydraulics, or some other type of lift system you could buy an old plow and fix it up to do what you need to do.
