    anyone have a ingeniuos way to load salt into there spreader other than with equipment. Like a drive under hopper or anything? I am interested in building something to load sander with . Thanks

    Never tried it but a grain bin always seemed like a possibility., Drive under, gravity feed.

    yes , thats what i was thinking or a bin/hopper from a aggregate company.

    Heard of guys using a conveyer belt system run off a gas motor.

    never thought of a conveyor, I'd still have to shovel on the 2 yards of salt. My problem is my equipment is at the plow site or at jobs . So i never have a piece of equipment at the shop to load the sander with. Thats why i am looking for a good idea on loading a sander.
