For all you mad science types?

I do snow removal for a some movie studios and i can't spread salt because they are worried about Electrical Conductivity problems. So I keep a stock pile of sand but often the problem is i already have salt on the truck or need salt on the next property. This year we are adding a liquid salt truck is there any liquid that might work? I know that is a funny statement liquid ...less conductive.. but any ideas? Water doesn't seem to concern them so is there an option?

As far as I know all liquid ice melters will be conductive, even beet juice based de-icers as there is some form of chloride to actually melt ice.
