I am new to this site and plowing with my truck. I am located in Central Mass and would like to know if anyone fill me in on the requirements, if any, for emergency lights on a pickup.

You can not run emergency lights of any kind for the purpose of snow plowing, snow removal or ice control

    Their is no emergency.
Snow does not constitute an emergency.

You can use a warring light and it must be amber in color in the states.
    Those goofy:dizzy: canukes use blue I think:confused:

Some states are requiring that you get a permit first ask your local D.M.V. or police chief.

    Hey, Welcome to the site:waving:

Poor choice of words on my part, I should have asked about warning lights not emergency lights. Thanks for the info.
