Just curious how other c-plow users do it. Is there a right way to do it or doesn't it matter?

I lift the plow, and then c-up. It's not pulling the upper cutting edge out from under the weight of the plow that way. Good Luck, you've got an awesome plow there.

I second that. I always lift mine first, then uncurl it. I would think it would stress the pump or other components if you uncurl it while the weight of the blade is pushing it against the cement.

I currently own 2 Cplows and yes lift first then uncurl. If it's only a couple of inches of snow and your on a flat smooth lot you don't even have to uncurl depending on your clearance at least not very far.
