Lift chain

    Was wondering how tight the lift chain should be when hooking up the plow should there be slack in it or should it be tight as possible? It is a c-8 meyers

    Sure, it would be nice if it was tight enough to be able to go up as soon as you touch the control but you need to figure in how many low spots that you will be plowing. For instance going up and down a drive way or a low spot in the lot. If there isn't some slack in it, it won't be able to reach the low spots.
