Have a Extreme Vee. Just had the fluid changed on the plow. Seems like it is leaking See blue fluid every where. When I open the fill plug seems like reservoir is full. Any ideas?

    Was it over filled?

You can have someone run the plow while you stand outside and watch the plow function as they move it.
    (keep clear of the plow)
any leak should make it's self noticeable from the oozing/spraying fluid.

I agree with what SnoFarmer says. Probably over filled or spilled some while dumping it in. Clean if off, then try it, or if you have someone that can push a few buttons for you, watch it while they move it.
