I have plowed about 20 hours total after the block change for the upgrade and it leaks again... Any ideas or should I just call the dealer again?

If the plow is overfilled it will blow the orings out.

this time, they replaced the whole plow minus the mold board and headlights! Lets just hope it works fine as more snow may be on the way this weekend and also Tuesday is a mixed bag...
