    Hey Guys,

Not new to plowing but new to a property of this magnitude. I've had my own plowing business in Minneapolis for the last five years and have done about 75% residential. I am trying to grow my business and have been referred to this property. I would post a pic but it is new and not showing up on google yet. They are asking for 1/2" trigger on sidewalks with 18K square feet of it and a 1000 feet of drive with a small parking lot 15 spots at a one inch trigger.

I figure on 1.5 hours with my toolcat
2.5 hours of hand work and salt.

Drive needs to be pushed about 600 feet max to an empty lot next door.
    3 hours with truck/toolcat.

    $10,000 on drive
    15,000 on sidewalks.

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Wondering if I'm close or way to cheap or way to high?

I figured on 25 events for the sidewalks and 18 events on the driveway.
