I have a minute mount II, the plow works in all aspects. With the last storm the pistons are reacting slower, and when trying to lift the blade while pushing snow, it has no power, and won't lift. I have checked the hoses, and fittings and there doesn't appear to be any leaks. I didn't drain & refill the system this year, so I checked the fluid, and it was down about .5 qt. filled and still seem to have the same issues. Anyone have any ideas?

If it were frozen though, would it move at all?
