Hi all just wired up a Fisher 4 port 3 plug setup on a 97 gm 3500.All used equipment, but all connections look nice and clean.Hooked up to a buddys plow to chk it out.As soon as I touch the joystick. The 7.5 amp fuse in the VEH control harness blows immediately.Do u think I have a short in my #1 cable or could it be something else. Thanks

It pops the fuse regardless of which function you press on the controller?

You either have a shorted wire in the control harness, or the controller itself is shot, especially if it will even pop the fuse in the down/float position.
