Hello, Im new to the industry and to the forum and live on the West Coast of Canada tymusic Ive been lurking in the shadows of the forum for a few weeks now just checking out the site. There seems to be a lot of great information here.

I just bought a business from a older gentleman that had been running it for about 25 years and the main winter gig is snow removal and de-icing (spring & summer is line painting). Im running a 2005 GMC 3500 Crew Cab 4x4 with a Western Plow which is pretty nice. (from what I can tell anyways) but the salter is....well.....uuummm....an old modified hopper fertilizer spreader that has to be constantly topped up. Needless to say, Im looking at upgrading to a V-Box.

I look forward to any and all advice from you vetrans.
