I have searched and searched without any luck but I could have sworn that there was a member of this site that built a couple of John Deere x series with his own Ebling plow on the back. Really want to know how they have held up and how efficient they are? Oh and some pics.

    Thanks!
    Josh

You're looking for the user named Select Service.

Edit: I just did a search for him and his username didn't come up. I wonder if he's still around?

Josh, it is Select Service or Jon Geer. He is no longer in the biz, but I can let him know you're asking and hopefully he'll reply.

    Thanks Mark,

That is a cool little machine. We have about 25 complicated driveways that are at high end homes. One group of 15, next group 5 miles away of 6 then the rest spread out. The plow and pull plow work but I am just not happy with the looks nor the time they take to complete (15 - 25 minutes each with driver and shoveler). There ends up being more snow blowing than plowing due to garage locations, curves and street sidewalks. This looks like it would be a perfect fit.

I would look into a ditch witch Zahn on turf tires and a 6' plow.

We definetly want a blower, we run out of room quick. Like I said very complicated driveways.

Not sure if you saw my other post, but I have a 1025R with a blower or broom and a spreader on it for walks. Extremely tight turning radius and lots of power.

Image is running some smaller inverted blowers on 3720's as well. I almost bought one instead of the S650, but it's too tall for the ramp in needs to get through. With the inverted blower, you might not even need a front blade.

How tall is a S650. I'm looking at a site with deck parking and all the snow needs to be blown off the top deck. All the Deere's are to tall.

    81.3 inches.

    206.5 cm.

I don't remember, but the 3 series were just a couple inches to tall unfortunately.

The Bobcat is working great, better than the Toolcat did at that site.

No thanks necessary. I've gotten used to covering for you. :D

Mark's one of my favorite people. As long as you keep his high horse locked up in the stable he's a great guy.
