I replaced cylinder 4 injector, plug, wire and fuel pressure regulator. It was losing fuel pressure immediately after turning key off.

still same thing. only after it runs for a while though. im thinking cps. it must get hot then **** up. maybe. but its only cylinder 4. i dont understand it?

Anything other than the cps that could cause it? its only cylinder 4.

150 psi compression. plug was dark, but not fouled looking. took the valve cover off, everything appears to be moving fine in the valvetrain.

I had a similar problem and ended up replacing the fuel pump.

What year/engine does it have? Does it have a distributor cap? Might be time to change the cap and rotor if it does.
