STAY FAR AWAY FROM TROY BILT BLOWERS. There owned by MTD by the way.

I had a 32" inch storm that I sold to some unlucky fool...The same model your looking at, just smaller. It was the biggest POS I have ever invested in...Shear pins would break every 30 min of use, the drivetrain wouldn't work half the time...auger would bend up, thing sucked bad. It did have hand warmers and a real nice shoot, but that's it.

It's homeowner quality with commercial specs.

well im new to the site so i gess this is a good time for my first post, i use to work at a kubota dealer as a mechanic and they sold cub cadet honda and toro snowblowers and only troy built tillers, the cub cadets were real junk and the toros were so so. the hondas were by far the best. blade scape is right they are owned by mtd along with cub cadet and toro there all just as good as walmart specials. those big blowers are not built rugged enough, cub cadet makes one like it but yellow.

I use to plow next to a industrial complex where a guy used one of those.

Don't know how old or used it was but he had problems all the damn time and I would see a service truck pulled up next to it often. By the end of the year he was using a newer one half the size. As many tire tracks as the service truck left in the grass I wold have just ran my truck n plow down the walks and made less of a mess then they did trying to get that blower to work.

No...the Craftmans are the same MTD crap.

Look for a Commercial Honda, or even a top of the line Airens.

Honda before the Airens for sure though.
