International bought Gm's Med sized truck line...

    interesting, especially the part about the dispute about the 6.4 diesel for ford F series.

    Seems they want to compete with Fords Med sized line!!

    From reading the different articles in print it seems International wants to compete directly against Ford in the Med duty truck market.
    I just didn't realize how bad off Gm was to need to sell off their line??? They(GM) talked about how that was better than just stopping production of the med duty line...We saw the same deal with their larger trucks(Generals,Astros etc) years ago...
    Time will tell.I guess our C5500 4x4 with the Duramax will be a collectors item..

    Would you buy a one ton diesel pickup if International offered it? Not a re-badged GM or Ford, but a real International.
