    so i'm installing a set of self contained led strobes in my 2011 GMC 2500. Where is the best place to drill? I'm doing in the reverse light and head light.

    I wouldn't put them in the headlight unless you have a high and low beam then you could put them in the high beam side. Other than that put them in the marker or blinker spots. My reasoning is with the headlight on "day time running lights" you wont be able to see them very well. Just my 2 cents

    Rear back up light and in the front ur top turn signal

    I think I'm going with turn signal spots or high beams, haha, can't decide. where the best place to put them in the light? Anywhere?

    I know its not but just showing were to mount the led and yes they r straight out if u look at the pic. Maybe a little up but it will work there

    Perfect thanks guys, I'm guessing I can't get 100% straight out but I'll get it pretty damn close.

    The best thing you could do is put it in the flatest spot of the housing and face it forward. In the picture with the strobe there is a huge flat spot on the bottom. Would work awesome there.
