I have an early 2000s mm1 plow with the insta act setup. Last storm the plow stopped working and I found that the pump gears had broken. I replaced the broken gear with a spare and the plow angled to the right when i used the controller. After that, the new gear broke as well. There was no debris in the fluid, and i put new fluid in the can. any ideas why this keeps happening?

After reaching full angle there should be relief provide to the hydraulic pressure being supplied to that angle ram, if pressure is not relieved something has to give. There is a pump relief valve in the valve block, pull that out and check it.
