I have an acct. that wants me to put down less ice melt that what the place calls for. Half of what should be put down to be exact. They got their first bill of full apps. and were shocked. This December is the 6th highest snowfall on record.....go figure the bill was higher than budgeted.....anyway..... They have agreed to sign a liability waiver. Does anyone have one that I can "borrow"/ copy?

    Thanks!
