In Need of Commercial Property Sales Letter

    Hi guys,
    i just purchased my equipment all i need is to get new jobs since my city only gets snow 2-3 times per year i'm sure there are still lots of job availabel can anyone help me with sales facts i need a Commercial & Residential Property Sales Letter also since i have no previous sales experince can you guys help me how to contact the right people?

    When people get your letter they will just pitch it in the garbage. You have to send TONS of letters out to get any interest. people say you get 1-3% on letters but ive never got that good of a responce.more like .1%.

    Just go knock on doors and ask if you can bid on there parking lot maint.

    You will probably get 30-40% interest if its the right time of the season

    Just take some contracts with you, hand them one and let them chew on that.
