So i'm trying to figure out a way to mount two work lights either on the polycaster body or the spinner assembly. Problems is two wall plastic with a hollow center so a thru bolt Isn't an option...any one have an idea? My lights are taking a beating under the bumper

On my Snowex spreaders I mounted them on the same bolts where the hopper meets the metal frame.

You can still drill thru the poly and use a longer bolt with oversized washers.

    That'd work too.

But tightening it will just crush plastic. I ran into that problem mounting my camera

I had no problems mounting them on my western tornado, Don't need to tighten it with crushing force, just enough to hold it.

    How cheap is this poly?

You don't use an impact to tighten them....

Theres a large void so impact would just crush and warp it.
