I have a small airport to do. What kind of products can be used?

Also what product can be used on gravel roads?
Is it better to use a liquid or solid?

    Thanks
    Joe

I think that gravel is the ONLY situation where you can justify using sand. Plow as much as you can and then sand the pack that is left.

    Airport

Check with the Airport Operations Manager... depending on the type of aircraft using the runways the FAA has certain regs that must be followed.

From my understanding, you cant use salt at all on runways, I'm not exactly sire what you can use. FAA does have severe limitations.
