I disconnected the round nine pin connection now my trans. works

    After my 2004 Silverado 2500HD 4x4 trans. reaches 125 degrees, my truck bogs down when put it in reverse. Once the problem acured, I pulled the nine pin connection on the trans. to put it in limp mode (I think that is what's called), and the problem went away. What part should I replace or check? I already replaced the torque converter
