I have an old monarch unit on a small truck I use for driveways. I can angle the blade right but when I angle the blade left, it doesn't come back. When it is in that condition, I can uncouple the left connection but can't uncouple the right, which means there is still pressure in the left line. If I wait maybe 45 minutes, the pressure will be released and I can move the blade. I'm thinking that a check valve is malfunctioning or something. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
