Hyd. Salter ???

    Hello,

    I'm purchasing a f-450 with hyd. that run off of the trans. Whats the avg cost to have the lines ran for the spreader?

    It will depend some on what couplers you use. To have a truck shop make some custom fitted hard lines to the rear with couplers to match your salter should be 300 or so with some good flat face couplers.

    $300ish installed sound about right.

    Just thought I would add that IMO the guys likely to do the best job for you probably work at one of the local shops that normally specialize in working on 2 ton trucks.
