How to tow a berm mower

    The front spindle broke when the operator was mowing, wheel fell off. So we towed it.:mechanic:

    Its a 2009 volvo 60f 1.5 yrd machine. We had to go about 1.5 mi. To take it back to the shop

    How the hell did the wheel fall off!? That tractor looks pretty new.

    He was turning around in a cul-de sac and the front spindle broke. Its not too new its a 97 , but it only has 2800 hrs. Only gets used half the year.

    Its 2wd, it never leaves the pavement. It has a backhoe type arm off the side with a 48" flail head on it to mow both sides of the ditches, behind guardrails, etc.
