    How much what? I'm assuming your talking about salt. Depends on how clean the area is before you lay it down.

    The rule of thumb is 10-15lbs per 1000 sqft.

    It won't go very far. I use 3-80lb bags of #1 rock salt in an area thats maybe 5-6k sqft. If that helps.:)
