I am working on a bid for a commercial customer that has 10 locations, the locations require plowing and salt every time. One of the stops has a paved area needing salt and one of the other stops has a 1 mile long road 12' wide. How would I go about figuring how much salt to bid. I was also thinking $185 a ton in place. Is this reasonable?
