For this storm how many inches of snow are you charging for?

Im not 100% sure of what to bill, so I went with 14". I measured once while I was plowing on Sunday night, it was about 12" and then it snowed again about 2 or 3" more. It could be even more than that, because we had some rain mixed in, which may have melted some of the snow. I would like to find a reliable source for snow fall totals. If anyone has a good source for snow fall totals, please reply.
