how can i fab this extension bracket?

    im thinking of buying a used set of these plow extensions (in the link) for 115 bucks, but dont think they come with the brackets.

    item number - 3000307 description - Weldment, Pin Bracket Set, (2) DS & (2) PS

    From this diagram found in another post.

    I wouldnt buy them
    could be bent

    they do look straight. and new ones are nearly twice as much. i can just buy a pin with the hole for the locking pin and weld it to flatstock and drill bolt holes. jsut wondering if there is a better way.

    $17 bucks is a steal. I almost had to buy a set this year and online they wanted $13 per bracket.

    turns out my supplier has some custom built scoop style extensions flared out for only 75 bucks (100 normally)

    so im goin that route.
