This was originally posted in the new to business forum, but I think I should have posted it here in stead.

Sorry Sean for double stacking it.

I am new to plowing as I have started in mowing and landscaping and now I have been asked to do snow removal/plowing for 4 apartment complexes. I will be using a 1T dumper with a western plow on it.

How does tihis bid look to you?

How do these prices look to you for VA,MD, WV etc.?

Plowing will begin with 2 inches of snow on the parking lot.

    Snow Plowing & Salting

    • $60.00 per hour, per truck
$60.00 per hour for tractor loader if needed.

Shoveling, Snow Blowing & Salting of Side Walks

    • $25.00 per hour, per man
    • Salt for Side Walks, $10.00 per bag (50lbs ea.)

Price of Proposal is conclusive for all labor and material. It does not include removal of snow from site.

    Thank you,

    Tim
