I have a 95 K3500 dump that runs hot with the plow on. I assume it has to do with the fan clutch. On my newer stuff the snow plow prep includes a different fan clutch.

Anyone know of a part number or info related to this?

Hot with plow seems to be common with Chevy. I'm about to do the same on a hot running with plow '89 K1500. I am going to try replacing the original clutch (which I think is heavy duty) with an aftermarket Heavy Duty fan clutch. (There are also severe duty).

If you have O'Reilly Auto or Advanced Auto stores in your area they should carry the Hayden brand of fan clutches.

Here is the online catalog for Hayden fan clutches. The bold indicates OEM:

If this doesn't solve my problem. I am am going to install an axillary electric fan on front of radiator.
