I am told that to get your truck to charge your battery on your rv, it is just a matter of putting in a fuse. Can anyone tell me what fuse space to use? Where is it located on a 06 duramax?

under the hood in the power distirbution box. There might be a red dummy fuse in there replace it with a 30 amp.

Yes, it is Stud #1. It should take a 30 Amp "Maxi" fuse IIRC.
