hiring a sub, ?

    I think its time to hire a sub to plow two of my lots... he will be plowing with his own truck... I know he needs to get better truck insurance,and GL insurance.. Not sure on what kind of policy...Also im figuring ther should be a contract between us... Wondering if any one had a copy of one or help with one since im not sure what should be in it.. Thanks,

    You need a subcontractors agreement with the sub.....Do a search on this site im sure there is one floating around........Your company needs to be on his insurance as additionally insured......
