    Re-built Pump.
    Rebuid included the tear down, cleaning all with naptha, new filters, motor brushes, all new rings, tourque settings, PR adjusted, cross valve checked.
    Will not raise, or angle under pressure.
    New Valves and Celinoids.Checked all for fault.
    New Check and Pressure Relief Valves.
    All wiring works with another unit.

    Haunted unit?

    just a guess, but maybe a bad pump #15026???

    Pump was replaced with one from a working unit.

    Other than rings, Releif, and Check, is there anything else that can go wron with a pump?

    bad base or PA block or something simple like air in the system???

    sounds like you have replaced just about everything $$$$

    Gave the customer another re-built

    Gave the Customer another re-built(worked fine), just pisses me off that I can't find out what's wrong with this one.

    Checked for air in the lines

    Went through 2 quarts fluid. Another unit works fine.

    Only 2 things I haven' changed. Will try. This was supposed to be a re-built unit, not new!

    NO-GO e47 been there..

    hi i had the same problem 3 weeks ago.problem was incorrectly installed o-ring on botton of lift cylinder This o-ring is 1 15/16 inch diameter.This o-ring is located just reward of the crescent shapedplastic baffel and slightly below this baffel.This o-ring is positioned the the little (land) for the o-ring and held inplace with a small amont of plow fluid.DO NOT install on bottom of lift ram. Next install cover bolts*** Take the nuts off these .Now use as stud /guide bolts .Install plastic cresent .skrew in 2 studs with the serated washers into cresent.Next skrew in remaining studin thje rear-ward hole.Next installlift ram.carfully.Next carefully install cover.tap downward with soft rubber mallet.Next install plastic coated seal-washer and then the nut.**NOTE hand file any burrs at the top hole.(used for the lift arm-) ...SNOW-less belt area lol PA. welded wrenched.

    I just rebuiilt my first pump and I'm haviing the same problem....:dizzy: Can you send maybe a picture of this seal....THANKS

    I had alredy replaced the lift cylinder and the unit works fine now. Has already been sold. Thanks.
