I am getting ready to submit a bid to a bank and need a little help. The bank has 4 drive-thru lanes and a total of about 35 parking spaces. Any ideas on time it would take to plow this lot and also roughly what you would charge? Thanks!

Here is an aerial sketch of the lot: (I will post actual pictures later today)

In the big parking area on the right side, it is one big lot. The middle spaces are just painted on and there arent any curbs there

I would say it will take 45 minutes to plow and to shovel the walks. why is a bank just now getting bids this late in the season. they are usually the ones that are on top of this during the summer? charge $125 to plow. i dont know for salt. need sq ft.

You should be around a hour to plow / Walk / salt everything.

What type of plow and truck are you using??

Hour is on the high side, but gives you a good place to start.
