Try turning the DP off and hitting the Down button, can you move it by hand?

    Is it full of fluid?

Hook it to the truck and try all the functions. Do you have DP?

How does the down pressure work?

The DP is on a pressure relief valve and clicks when used. (jumpy)

I was wondering about his in particular. Does it come on a hold pressure, does it hammer repeatably, does it work, etc...?

I wasn't telling you how it worked Basher but was telling the OP how it works.
