Heater Core?

    2004 ram 1500 needs a heater core how long to replace it? how hard is it? :mechanic:

    Is the heater core leaking?

    heat dose not come out.

    More likely a problem with the blend doors.

    Ya, agreed. I doubt if that's an issue with the heater core.

    Open the hood and check both heater core hoses when it's up to temp. If both hoses are hot, it's the mix doors giving you the problem.
