heated mirror not working

    i have a 99 ram with heated mirrors, passenger side quit working, is this an easy fix?

    While not for the Dodge-specific mirrors,I am a subject matter expert for mirrors, heated mirrors, and heated/motorized mirrors. Odd, yes I know.

    I would first start by testing for power at the connector in the door. Check resistance through the heater element on the mirror as well. If it is infinite resistance, then you likely have a break in teh element. This often happens right at the connection between the heating element and wiring harness.
