My switch doesn't change from truck lights to plow lights anymore. It just shuts the truck heads off, but the parking lights remain on. Is this a switch problem or relay problem? If it's a switch, will any rocker/toggle switch work or does it need to be the same as what's currently there?

it might be the switch ,is a rocker or toggle ? some of the rocker's would fail and show a hot spot on the side of the switch .

If its turning the truck light off it's not a switch issue, more like a relay or bumper plug issue.

Give the bumper plug a good cleaning and pop the relays out and check the sockets and relay terminals for corrosion. If that all looks good and you have a spare relay, swap them one at a time until the lights work.

As Mike said, its probably a plug issue. I had the same problem, cleaned and coated the connections at the bumper and it works great.

    Good Luck
