I installed my summer wheels, and took my '08 Silverado in for a full detail job this week. They had it for two days. It needed a good clean up after the winter. I thought they did a nice job. I figured it would be a good time for some pics.

This truck will be for sale at the end of the summer if anyone happens to be interested.

2008 Silverado HD2500 LTZ with all the goodies. Duramax/Allison.

NICE  What kind of leveling kit did you go with? What are the rim and tire specs?

damn good looking truck man!...I grew up a Chevy guy, switched to Ford in 2004, would have a Chevy still today, but I cant stand those IFS front ends.....Bring back the solid front axle Chevy!! (bar in mind, theres nothing wrong with the Ford trucks Ive had, one F350 and one F250, they are solid, but a Chevy guy at heart!)

Believe it or not, no leveling kit. Timbrens and stock bars cranked about six turns. I run a Western 8.5 MVP and it carries it very well.

    Wheels are 17" MKW's with 285/70/17 BF Goodrich T/A's.

Thanks for the comments guys. :waving:

Doesn't ride as good as stock, that's for sure. But it's tolerable.

I don't think I do... In the winter I run the stock size 265/70/17 tires.
