Get yourself a BFH (Big Friggin' Hammer) to carefully coax them out.

Nolan.................Are you following the instructions from the link
I posted? Are the torsion bars stuck or are the "keys" jammed
    in place?

Did you turn the torsion bar adj. bolts out (counterclockwise)
    to take off the pressure?.............geo

Yea i did use you link thanks. The keys are stuck in the bars, and i took the bolts out so there is no pressure on the bars.

NOLAN..............Are the keys in place in the crossmember or
did they come out and are stuck on the end of the t-bar?

If they are stuck/rusted on the end of the t-bar a little "heat
and beat" on a solid surface will be needed !

Or what about getting the sawsall and cutting them (the keys..not
    the t-bar) if a "heat wrench" ain't handy ?????????????
