I have a 38 year old plow truck and the E47/plow may be older.
I have a great tip. Please feel free to add more below

The 2 toggle switches that raise/lower and angle have a big plastic piece with the wires in them that attach to the back of these switches. Do yourself a favor and with a small flat screwdriver pop those wires out of that plastic piece and attach them directly onto the switch spades.
Mine never fit on right and I was always reaching up under the dash to wiggle them...I should have done it years ago. Works great!
